Overview:

After a devastating fire at their Jeddah factory, our client sought to rebuild their operations with a fresh start in Dammam. They purchased a new plot of land and tasked us with designing a modern factory and warehouse layout that would align with industry standards while providing them with a clear vision for the future.

• Comprehensive Design and Visualization: We studied modern factory standards and created photorealistic 3D renders of the factory, warehouse, and connecting spaces, such as the parking lot, to ensure clarity in the overall layout.
• A Focus on Motivation and Direction: Our work helped reignite the client’s spirit after the setback, giving them a tangible vision of what they could achieve with their new facility.
• Strategic Planning for Expansion: The designs accounted for operational efficiency, aesthetic appeal, and scalability, aligning with their ambitions for a new beginning in the region.

• PolyCam Scanning: Scanned real-world objects from the actual site to integrate authentic details into the 3D scene.
• Sunlight Simulation: Used Physical Starlight and Atmosphere addon to match the actual sun patterns and shadows in the area.
• Procedural Texturing: Streamlined the process for faster results while achieving photorealistic quality.
